Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide and use plain packaging, satchels or cartons for all orders, and we post items by regular mail or Express Delivery, as an option. 

 

While we endeavour to process your orders as quickly as possible and are usually able to fill orders immediately,  please allow 3-21 working days for delivery depending on your location.

 

Once your order has left our warehouse, risk passes to the customer and carrier. 

If you would like insurance to be added (additional cost} or choose a non-standard form of delivery or pick up, please contact us to make prior arrangements. 

Ownership of goods remains with Xplore Moto and transfers to the purchaser upon full payment only, including any additional costs for special arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you require a product to be returned, please contact us first.

Items returned without a Return Authorisation reference will not be accepted.

 

All requests for warranty returns on defective or faulty goods will be in accordance with the manufacturers policies and procedures.

Please ensure you select the correct items, we will exchange for products of equal value, less restocking fees, we do not refund purchases made in error. 

Any items returned for exchange, must be in new condition, unopened packaging.

Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of sender, 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and if any damage is noted, return will be not be accepted.
